We are currently seeking to fulfill a full-time position.
Our Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our current clients and new prospects, processing policy change requests, maintain knowledge of our products, and answer any questions our clients may have.
Insurance industry or office experience and knowledge is not required but would be a greater benefit relating to customers in the beginning for this position.
Salary Range:
$32000.
00 - $40000.

$32,000 - $40,000 per year Entry level applicants can expect to bonus $3,000 - $5,000 Paid Holidays Paid Time Off (PTO) - 10 Personal Days/year Mon-Fri Work Schedule Performance Bonuses Responsibilities Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
Complete Evidence of Insurance requests.
Take premium payments from customers.
Provide exceptional customer service.
Maintain client relationships with follow up phone calls.
Educate clients on the insurance policies that best suit their needs Provide policies to new clients and explain benefits/risks of the policy Requirements Must have ability to multi-task.
A Property & Casualty license is preferred but will train good individual.
Professional phone etiquette.
Follow through and exceed current and prospective client expectations.
Problem-Solving Capabilities.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
